Chip control and access hole application

In the case of not perforated hole, in the condition of not perforation, the sealing clip head shall prevent the chip from entering and prevent the entry of the chip. This can be done by one or all of the following:

Use a thin rubber seal in front of the cover provided with the assembly. The rubber seal and the cap in front are optional to increase the protection to prevent the chip from entering the clip head from the front. Do not use the work of this sealed second operating hole because you need to allow the chip to leave the front of the colechak.

Seal the rubber and cover on the top of the bottle, fix with the sealing screw and tighten according to the chart below.

Note: while installing rubber seals, the rubber seals and LIDS are installed here to make the rubber seal easier with a small piece of correct size.

  • use rubber clip grooves to cut into proper length

  • use RTV sealant (such as dow corning 832) to seal the sandwich. # ce-001084-08322
  • use a hot-shrink teflon sleeve (# 3719200000012) to cover the slot Windows on B42.

B60collet is not available.

Chip control and access hole application
